It’s that time of year again… Avon Independent Sales Representatives can now register & get excited for Avon’s annual convention, previously known as Avon RepFest. “It’s time to take your business to the next level, connect, have fun and celebrate. And above all, it’s YOUR TIME to shine.” (The Avon Company, 2022)

When & Where

This year’s convention will be held in person & virtually from August 5 to August 7, 2022 in San Antonio, TX. Up to 2,500 representatives can attend the live event at Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center. Virtual attendees will receive an exclusive link & passcode prior to the start of the first event.

How to Register

All Independent Sales Representative in the U.S. are able to register at avonconvention.com.

Cancellation Policy

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your registration, you can do so by contacting EventsSupport@avonusa.com with Avon Convention 2021 in the subject line and include your full name & account number in message. You must cancel by May 31, 2022 to receive 100% refund.

Where to Stay & How to Travel

If you are attending the live event, it is up to you to make travel & hotel arrangements. You can take advantage of group rates & exclusive pricing by booking your flights & hotel stay through Avon Convention website.

For flights, Avon has negotiated discounted rates with 4 major airlines:

This year Avon has 3 hotel options live attendees can stay. Each room can accommodate up to 4 guests. Limited space is available to extend your stay 3 days before or after. Choose between:

It will be your responsibility to plan your own travel arrangements to & from the airport. You can easily access Taxis, Uber and/or Lyft through the airport.

CAN ANYONE ATTEND THE LIVE, IN-PERSON EVENT?

We’re VERY excited to share that in-person attendance will be open to Representatives, Co-Applicants and Guests. Now you can bring the whole family, your friends, or potential recruits to Avon’s biggest party of the year! The more, the merrier! Register today with no risk! You have until May 31 to change your registration status or cancel and get a full refund.

If you’ve already registered and would like to add guests, re-visit our registration site and use your Avon account number to pull up your registration to add and pay for guests.

In-person attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis. We have decided to limit the capacity to approximately 2,500 attendees because we want everyone to feel comfortable as we continue to reunite the Avon family.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR GUESTS?

Yes. Guests must be 18 years-old or older to attend any in-person events.

WHAT ARE THE COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR THE IN-PERSON EVENT?

Your safety is our top priority. Below is the current list of protocols that are in place to help with the safety and well-being of all throughout Convention weekend, as well as the measures being taken by the Convention facility: 

• We are closely monitoring the state, local and Gaylord Palms Resort health guidelines and restrictions and ask that you also monitor these guidelines on a regular basis before and during the Convention and adjust your plans as you feel appropriate.
• Henry B. González Convention Center recommends that everyone entering the facility wear a facial covering.
• Henry B. González Convention Center has increased cleaning measures in high traffic areas and has placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility.
• We will have personal protective equipment packages for all in-person attendees with masks and hand sanitizer for your convenience.

If you do not feel comfortable traveling to San Antonio, Texas, and attending in person, you can change your registration at any time without any Avon penalties before May 31, 2022. To change your Convention attendance from in-person to virtual, email EventsSupport@avonusa.com. Please include “Registration Change Form In-person to Virtual” in the subject line and provide your full name and Representative ID number in the email body.

HOW MANY VIEWING PASSES CAN I PURCHASE?

There is no limit to how many in-person guest passes you can purchase. For virtual attendance, there is one pass available per Representative. If you have a Co-Applicant on your account, you may purchase one additional virtual pass.

CAN MY CO-APPLICANT REGISTER FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?

Yes! Registration is open to all Representatives and Co-Applicants. Co-Applicant accounts may purchase one additional pass for the event.

CAN A GUEST ATTEND THE VIRTUAL EVENT?

Only Avon Representatives and Co-Applicants can register for virtual attendance. Avon Representatives, Co-Applicants and Guests* can attend our in-person event in San Antonio, Texas.

* Guests will not be eligible for live prize drawings or giveaways.

WHERE CAN I WATCH THE VIRTUAL AVON CONVENTION 2022 PROGRAMMING?

The virtual programming will be available on our Watch page. We’ll share more details and tune-in instructions with all registered attendees before the event.

WILL I RECEIVE SWAG?

Representatives and Guests registered for the All Access Plus pass will receive swag (including new products and best-selling faves with a $200+ value).

WILL THERE BE EXCLUSIVE SHOPPING OPPORTUNITIES DURING THE SHOW?

Of course! Get excited to shop exclusives that are only available to registered attendees.

IF I QUALIFIED/EARNED AN AWARD OR RECOGNITION THIS YEAR, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT?

Of course! We’ll be finding special ways to recognize incredible achievements among our registered attendees this year, and we’ll be in touch with more information soon. Please note that our recognition segments will reflect achievements through Campaign 15. You must register for Convention by July 1, 2022, and have a verified Avon Wallet account to be featured in your award category for recognition.

WHAT IF I CAN’T WATCH THE VIRTUAL EVENT LIVE?

No worries! We’ll share replays with registered attendees after the event that will be available on the Watch page until September 1, 2022.

WILL THERE BE SPANISH TRANSLATION FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?

¡Sí! Viewers will have the ability to choose their language preference when logging in to watch the show.
