Avon Convention 2023

It’s that time of year again… Avon Independent Sales Representatives across the U.S. can now register & get excited for Avon’s annual convention. This year’s theme… Team Avon. “Be apart of Avon’s biggest pep rally where you’ll be able to join your fellow peers to celebrate, learn & network.” (The Avon Company, 2023)

When & Where

This year’s convention will be held in person & virtually from August 11 to August 13, 2023 in National Harbor, Maryland, right outside of Washington D.C.. Representatives can attend the live event at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center or the can join virtually through an exclusive link & passcode, which will be provided prior to the start of the first event. There is a limited number of representatives who can attend the event live to ensure everyone is able to enjoy the events comfortably. Unlike previous years, guests who are not representatives or co-applicants, will not be able to attend.

How to Register

All Independent Sales Representative in the U.S. are able to register at avonconvention.com with Visa or Mastercard payment.

Cancellation Policy

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your registration, you can do so by contacting eventssupport@avonusa.com with Avon Convention 2023 in the subject line and include your full name & account number in the email. Note, you must cancel by May 31, 2023 to receive 100% refund. Cancellations June 1, 2023 & beyond will not be eligible for any refund.

If you would like to switch your registration from in person to virtual, you can do so at anytime without penalties by contacting eventssupport@avonusa.com  with “Registration Change From In Person to Virtual” in subject line and your full name & account number in the email.

Where to Stay & How to Travel

If you are attending the live event, it is up to you to make your own travel & hotel arrangements.

The closest airports to the convention center are Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). It is recommended to plan time to get to & from the airport at arrival and depature. You can easily access taxis, Uber and/or Lyft through the airport for transportation to/from hotel.

You can make reservations at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, which is where Avon Convention 2023 will be held. With your reservation of $250.02 (including taxes & fees) a night, you will also receive a 20% discount in Gaylord National retail shops and food & beverages outlets. To enjoy discounts & exclusive promotions, make sure to wear your badge pass and download the mobile pass, which is free for in person attendees.

To book your hotel, you must book through the exclusive link provided below. All rooms will accommodate up to 4 guests in a room. Additionally, there are a limited number of rooms that are available in additional 3 days pre and post convention if you are interested in extending your stay.

If you need to cancel your hotel reservations, you must reach out directly to the resort to cancel before July 12, 2023. If cancelled after this date, guests will incur a minimum two night room fee, which will be charged directly to the indiviudal guest making the cancellation.

Due to limited capacity, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center has been sold out. However Avon has partnered with HotelPlanner, a booking portal that provides discounted room rates from over a million hotels worldwide. As an Avon representative, through your Avon Perks account, you can save up to 65% on hotel bookings from other local hotels if you were unable to book at room at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.

If you plan on driving to the event, there is parking available among 3 parking garages at the National Harbor. You can find out more & how you can pre purchase your spot at the National Harbor Parking website.

CAN ANYONE ATTEND THE LIVE, IN PERSON EVENT?

We’re VERY excited to share that in-person attendance is open to Representatives & Co-Applicants ONLY. You have until May 31, 2023 to get a full refund. All Access Plus pass holders may also update their registration status to Virtual or In-Person at any time. In-Person attendance is first come, first serve.

WHAT IS THE GUEST POLICY?

To support the Representative community, registration is limited to Representatives & registered Co-Applicants ONLY at this time. Avon will communicate any updates as they are available in the future.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

Attendees must be 18+ years old to attend any in person events.

WILL THERE BE AN INCENTIVE TO EARN FREE REGISTRATION?

There is no incentive at this time.

WILL I RECEIVE SWAG?

Representatives & Co-Applicants registered for All Access Plus will receive swag which includes new products & best selling faves with a total value of $200+.

WILL THERE BE EXCLUSIVE SHOPPING OPPORTUNITIES DURING THE SHOW?

Of course! Get excited to shop exclusives that are only available to registered attendees.

WILL I BE ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES & GIVEAWAYS DURING THE LIVE SHOW?

Only registered Representatives & Co-Applicants will be eligible for live prize drawings & giveaways. Certain prizes & giveaways will only be available to those attending in person & tuned into the live show.

To receive prize drawings & giveaways, you must have a verified Avon Wallet account by July 5, 2023.

IF I QUALIFIED/EARNED AN AWARD OR RECOGNITION THIS YEAR, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT?

Of course! Avon will be finding special ways to recognize incredible achievements among the registered attendees this year & will be in touch soon with more information.

NOTE: Recognition segments will reflect achievements up to the close of Campaign 14 2023 and you must be registered by July 5, 2023 with a verified Avon Wallet account to be featured in the award category for recognition.

WHERE CAN I WATCH THE VIRTUAL AVON CONVENTION 2023 PROGRAMMING?

The virtual programming will be available on Avon Convention’s Watch Page. Avon will share more details & tune-in instructions including the exclusive sign in code with all registered attendees prior to first live event.

WHEN WILL THE VIRTUAL EVENT LINK BE SENT TO REGISTERED ATTENDEES?

Avon will send out an event link & viewing instructions, including sign in code, in the weeks leading up to the event so keep an eye out in your email.

CAN MY CO-APPLICANT REGISTER FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?

YES! Registration is open to ALL Representatives & Co-Applicants.

HOW MANY VIEWING PASSES CAN I PURCHASE?

There is one pass available per Representative. If you have a Co-Applicant on your account, you may purchase one additional pass for your Co-Applicant.

WHAT IF I CAN’T WATCH THE VIRTUAL EVENT LIVE?

No worries! We’ll share replays with registered attendees after the event on the Avon Convention’s Watch Page until September 1, 2023.

WILL THERE BE CLOSED CAPTIONING FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide closed captioning for this event.

WILL THERE BE SPANISH TRANSLATION FOR THE VIRTUAL EVENT?
