The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 9 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 9 2023.
The Super Sellers in C9
Our team once again achieved Bronze Ambassador level. We were just a little less than $200 short of reaching Silver Ambassador! We end Campaign 9 with a total of 20 representatives, losing 3 team members and having one team member return.

To help support & recognize my team, I offer a monthly team incentive where team members will be automatically entered into various categories to receive business tools, full size products & more based on their sales throughout the month. Plus each campaign our team reaches Silver Ambassador with at least 6 1st generation orders totaling $2,000, I will enter any team member who had at least $40 Award Sales that given campaign into a raffle for a business bundle which includes brochures, samples & business tools.
On top of our team incentive, Avon is also offering a way for all representatives to earn extra cash with the Dash for Cash incentive. From Campaign 8 to Campaign 11, representatives can earn $25 to $500 bonus by increasing their sales from their 1st quarter sales and/or every $600 Award Sales.
