Avon Kickoff 2021

This past weekend, January 22 to January 24, Avon’s annual leadership Kickoff event was a success. Though this was an annual convention for top Avon leader representatives in the past, this year, Avon decided to open the invitation for ALL representatives. The original plan was the event would be held virtually with select VIP representatives invited to attend the live event in Beverly Hills. However, due to Los Angeles county COVID-19 guidelines & restrictions, the live event was cancelled. So all attendees were able to enjoy “top-level training, hear the latest on major product launches, get new ideas & business boosting tips, explore the product experience & help recognize some of our most dazzling achievers” (The Avon Company, 2021)

VIP attendees were going to be able to experience all of this for FREE and any other representative who wanted to join virtually, could do so for $30. With their event pass, attendees had the opportunity to enjoy:

• Virtual participate to live events & access to replays
• Complimentary registration gift valued at $80 plus VIP attendees received complimentary meeting materials & special Avon products.
• Exclusive shopping opportunities
• A chance for prizes & giveaways.

2021 Kickoff Agenda

Kickoff weekend was filled with amazing training & business tips from top leaders of the business, sneak peak & demos of what’s to come the first half of 2021 and best of all a celebration of Avon’s 135th anniversary & all the amazing representatives who make Avon such an amazing company

Friday January 22, 2021

Happy Hour 7pm – 7:30pm

It’s time to celebrate Avon’s 135th anniversary & kickoff the weekend with a virutal Happy Hour featuring music, trivia and by sharing social posts of your set up to watch, representatives were entered to win a prize!

Recognition Celebration 7:30pm – 8:00pm

The event has officially begun with special guest speakers and recognizing representatives who achieved new leadership levels, Pathway to Premier as a new representative in 2021 and *NEW* Avon Guiding Spirit Award honoree.

Saturday January 23, 2021

Pre-Show Event 10:30am – 11am

Get ready for a full day of announcements, business boosting trainings and celebration of one another.

Morning General Session 11am – 1:30pm

• Recap of the past year & sneak peak at some of the amazing things coming in the next few months from CEO Paul Yi.
• Reimagining Your Business Workshop: Give your business a fresh start into the new year with tips on how to avoid missed opportunities & how to identify where you can grow your business and be proactive with new ideas on how to boost your business and take advantage of the current trends in the industry.
• Prospecting & Recruiting Workshop: Join guest speakers as they share their journey on how they got to the top in their company with strategies on building a team and boosting your earnings.

It’s all about recognizing Executive Milestone Anniversaries, first-time Diamond Club achievers and first-time Concierge Program achievers.

Guiding Spirit Award

The Guiding Spirit Award honors a Gold Leader or above nominated by other representatives who leads by example on what being an Avon mentor is all about, recognizing other representatives achievements and embracing the leadership role.

This year’s honoree is President’s Club & Gold Leader, Emily Stephens with 25 nominations. Here are what some had to say:

Avon Diamond Club

In 2019, Avon began a recognition incentive for top selling teams leaders for every million dollars their team sold in a given sales year. In 2020, 59 leadership representatives teams were recognized & will be receiving the enhanced Concierge Bonus.

2021 Kickoff Announcements & Updates

One of the many benefits in participating in Avon’s annual Kickoff convention is the ability to be the first to know about upcoming *NEW* products, incentives and opportunities. Here is what was announced this past weekend:

• *NEW* cutting edge products from market leading brands like Reach and Listerine
• Avon will be entering retail stores nationwide while ensuring special pricing only available through an Avon representative.
• Dominican Republic incentive trip has been moved to November 2, 2021 to November 6, 2021.
• Destination Avon 2021 location was revealed! Avon will be taking over the Marriot Resort on The Big Island of Hawaii!!!
• LG will be investing more into the online tools available to Avon representatives including a revamp of Avon U and combining Avon Now with the Avon online store.
