Avon President’s Recognition Program recognizes representatives for their personal sales while Avon’s Leadership Program recognizes representatives who share the Avon opportunity & mentor others as the start & build their own Avon business.

President’s Recognition Program

For over 50 years, Avon’s President’s Recognition Program (PRP) recognizes & rewards representatives for reaching personal sales levels within the given sales year. In 2020, representatives have the opportunity to achieve their highest sales level possible between December 11, 2019 to December 31, 2020.

Lifetime President’s Club

Upon celebrating your 50th Anniversary with Avon and have held a PRP within 1 of the past 5 sales cycles leading up to your anniversary date, you will receive the honorary status of Lifetime President’s Club. With this, you will receive the benefits of President’s Club for the rest of your time with Avon.

President’s Recognition Program Benefits

As a PRP you will be able to enjoy not only special recognition for your achievements, but you will also receive special rewards and more earnings.

Special Rewards

Once you have achieved a sales level for the first time, beyond your 2019 performance, you will receive:

• Recognition Charm Bracelet with Sales Title Charm or Sales Title Pin
• Exclusive gifts you can treat yourself to from Avon Rewards Program
• Celebratory gift through Avon Rewards for each:
  • 5 Year Anniversary with Avon on your Anniversary

Increase Earnings

Your total award sales you achieved at the end of the 2019 cycle, will determine your PRP sales level and your 2020 earnings (as shown in chart below):

Premier Level

In 2020, Avon launched a new sales level to recognize representatives who are on the path to achieving PRP and have earn $5,000 to $9,999 Award Sales in a given sales year. Once you have achieved Premier Level, you will automatically begin earning 30% on Beauty & Jewelry and 20% on Fashion & Home for the rest of the sales year. Plus, all new representatives, beginning in Campaign 1 2020, who achieve Premier Level within their first year, will receive the Rising Star Pin.

Avon Leadership Kickoff

Each January, Silver Leaders and above are able to attend the annual leadership kickoff, each year at a different location! This past January, attendees all came together at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando, FL for the In Focus conference where they got exclusive leadership training, recognition and awards and first to know updates like the Destination Avon 2020 incentive trip, the limited time $0 sign up option along with the new representative incentive, Pathway to Premier and access to check out & try upcoming *NEW* products.

Avon Diamond Club

In 2019, Avon launched the Diamond Club as a way to recognize and reward top leaders success with their team sales. Each achiever will receive a 18K white or yellow gold necklace with a half-carat Swarovski lab-created diamond for each million dollars their team sells in a given sales year. The diamond setting is uniquely designed for Avon leaders with the half bezel base symbolizing the open hand of a leader’s support and nurture they provide their teams while the diamond is the symbol of the many aspects of their work and their team that shines through in their business with the single prong symbolizing their success to making it to the top.

Leaders can add to their 2019 necklace or qualify for one in 2020 with every million dollars their team sells from December 11, 2019 to December 31, 2020.

Increase Earnings

Unlike PRP earnings, Leadership earnings are based on each campaign’s totals. Based on what requirements you & your team complete as shown in the chart above at the close of each campaign, will determine what your earnings & bonuses will be (as shown in chart below):

Avon National Awards

Avon recognizes representatives for their achievements & hard work with special awards throughout the year.

Special Awards

Avon Visionary Award

Avon’s newest and most prestigious award that is nominated by the Regional Vice President, is an Executive Leader or above and also Honor Society or above. The honoree demonstrates a forward-thinking visionary spirit that embodies Avon core values of belief, integrity, respect, trust & humility and is committed to empowerment, entrepreneurship & community. The honoree is recognized at a special celebration and receives Visionary Award Statuette, a pin and a $10,000 bonus which is divided into half with $5,000 for personal bonus and $5,000 towards a charity of his/her choice.

National Spirit of Avon Award

An Executive Leader and above has the opportunity to nominate one member from their team who is a role model to their team as well as their community and has a selfless, giving attitude and exemplifies professionalism. At the Avon Convention, 3 nominees and their stories will be featured on stage with attendees voting to choose who they feel best represents the spirit of Avon. The honoree will then receive the National Spirit of Avon Award and a $2,000 bonus.

Avon Guiding Spirit Award

A Gold Leader that representatives nominate for his/her commitment to their team and that inspires their team members to reach higher levels of success. There are 3 characteristics that must be met- Leading by example, recognition and mentoring. At the 2021 Leadership Kickoff, the honoree will receive the Avon Guiding Spirit Award and a $2,000 bonus.

Spirit of Albee Award

In honor of the first “Avon Lady”, Mrs. Albee, the Spirit of Albee Award symbolizes her entrepreneurial spirit and her determination to help women in the 19th century build better lives through financial independence. At a special celebration, Executive Leaders who are also Inner Circle members will receive the Spirit of Albee Award and a $2,000 cash bonus.

Pinnacle Awards

To honor top representatives in sales & leadership, Avon recognizes top achievers across the nation in 11 categories:

• Sales Categories:
  • Personal Sales Volume
  • Personal Sales Increase
  • Direct Delivery Sales Volume
  • Direct Delivery Sales Increase
  • LABC Sales Volume
  • LABC Sales Increase
• Team Categories:
  • Team Sales Volume
  • Team Sales Increase
  • Personal Recruiting
  • Personal Leader Development
  • Team Representative Growth

At a special celebration, the top 10 in the nation for each category (top 5 for each LABC category) will be recognized and receive a genuine crystal award. Plus, the #1 in each Pinnacle category will receive a cash award of $5,000. If an achiever is #1 in each Sales Volume & Sales Increase categories, he/she will receive an additional $5,000 cash award.

*All #1 in each sales performance pinnacle must have an increase over their previous year’s sales to receive the cash award.

The top 20 in each region for each category except the LABC categories will receive an honorary award. Plus, the top 100 representatives in each region will be able to choose from a selection of gifts from Avon Rewards. To track and see if you in the top 100, at the close of each campaign, you can check out the Top 100 Report through the Rewards & Recognition on AvonNow. You will also be able to see which representatives have advanced in title in sales and leadership for that campaign at the same time.

New Representative Recognition

All New Representatives who started as of December 11, 2019 will be rewarded and recognized for all their hard work within their first year by being able to choose from a selection of gifts in Avon Rewards when they reach:

• $2,500 in Award Sales
• $5,000 in Award Sales
• Their 1 Year Anniversary
