Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 6 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
GREAT JOB SUPER SELLERS IN CAMPAIGN 6 2020!
Looks like we took a little dip in Campaign 6 as a whole, but that is ok. We are continuing to grow and work our businesses which is all that matters. All businesses have ups and downs and as long as we keep at it, we will reach our goals and continue to grow. In Campaign 6 we did have one representative return but we did lose a representative and with Avon’s Top 100 Personal Recruits, I reached 84.
Our team once again did not quite make it to Silver Ambassador by not having the $2,000 total team sales. I am currently offering an incentive to our team where each representative who places an order in the first campaign we qualify as a Silver Ambassador team an entry for a chance to win a FREE business bundle of business tools, samples and full size products.
