2020 Leadership Kickoff Recognition
Many representatives were honored during the 2018 Harness the Power Leadership Kickoff for their outstanding work in sales, leadership growth & mentoring.
Guiding Spirit Award Winner
The Guiding Spirit Award honors a Gold Leader or above nominated by other representatives who leads by example on what being an Avon mentor is all about, recognizing other representatives achievements and embracing the leadership role. Natasha Lightner, Gold Leader/Rose Circle, was this year’s honoree for her dedication to her team and to her work.

Diamond Club
This past fall, Avon announced a recognition incentive for top selling teams leaders for every million dollars their team sold in 2019. A total of 95 representatives were recognized and received a half carat diamond for every million dollars their total team sales in 2019.

2020 Training Tour
As an Avon representative, you are provided a wide range of training & tutorial materials between Avon U, Facebook videos, Virtual Meetings and more. Now the training you love will be going on the road & coming to your area!
The tour starts off in March with these dates for now:
- March 7 at Birmingham, AL
- March 14 at Grapevine, TX
- March 21 at Elkgrove, CA
- March 28 at Baltimore, MD
