The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 3
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 3 2021.
THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 3 2021 TEAM RECOGNITION
With it still being in the heart of the slow season, our team struggled in sales & growing in size. However, I still have faith in our success & achieving our goals. In our January team meeting, we talked about setting goals & creating a plan to achieve those goals. Out of that meeting, I had a few team members reach out to me & ask for additional support, including one on one support. To me, this is a great sign on where our team is heading.
On top of all this, we had 5 representatives return to our team and added 2 *NEW* representatives which outweighed the 4 representatives we lost.
Due to the 2020 winners have not been announced yet, Avon has not updated their Pinnacle Awards list in order to keep the integrity of the final calculations. This weekend Avon is hosting their annual Kickoff event and I am assuming that they will be announcing the winners at this time. I was one of the lucky ones to attend the Kickoff event in Beverly Hills, however due to COVID, the live event has been cancelled and all participants will be able to attend virtually. Fingers crossed I am in the top 10!
