The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 8 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 8 2023.
Our team sales & size are holding steady. On a positive note, our team sales were much higher this year compared to last year, even with having less team members. Plus, with the close of campaign 8, that also means our April team incentive comes to an end as well. Each month I offer my team an incentive to be entered into a raffle for samples, full size products & business tools based on sales. My goal with this is to help support & recognize those who are continually working their business & growing their sales. Congratulations to Brooke Dipaola who will receive a FREE sampler and Dorothy Holland who will receive a FREE full size product. Our team did not reach Silver Ambassador in either campaign, so a business bundle will not be raffled off.
Speaking of incentives, Avon recently announced a new incentive called Dash for Cash. This began in Campaign 8 & will run until Campaign 11. Representatives will have the opportunity to earn cash bonuses by increasing their sales from previous quarter or every $600 Award Sales they have during the incentive period.
