Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 26 2021 as well as who the top performers were through out 2021.

The Super Sellers Team Recognition

Well the time has arrived & we have no officially closed the 2021 sales year. With the close of Campaign 26 we will be entering into the new year with a new website which launched Thursday December 9th. Now customers & representatives will be going to one site. Customers will be able to enjoy an easier shopping experience, more security with multi-factor authentication, faster checkout & even more savings & discounts, especially when they shop with a representative. Now customers can find a representative that best matches their interests & what they are looking for in their representative through the Find a Rep Tool. Us representatives will have a more convenient back office that will be better organized as well as provide us more personalization tools that we can utilize not only with our customers but through our online store as well such as creating an Introduction Video, ability to share our own videos & images, creating a recommendation list & more.

To help support & encourage my team as we end the sales year, I offered a team incentive where team members were entered into a giveaway based on their campaign performance sales & team growth for samplers, business tools & free products.

The representative who is on the road to success & big things in 2021 is Anonymous. She became a representative in October 2019 and since then has continually & consistently worked hard to grow her business. Through out 2021, she was continually on top sellers list each campaign and even earned many of the 2021 Team Performance Awards. I can’t wait to see where she takes her business in 2022.

The Super Sellers ended 2021 with $58,197 in total team sales with a total of 41 representatives on our team across the U.S.A. in 24 states.

This past year was much more difficult as we all worked on balancing our new normal through the pandemic & running a small business. There were a lot of changes that were implemented in our personal lives & within Avon. With change, it does take time to adjust & work out the kinks. Though our numbers in total sales & team size are lower compared to 2020, I believe we have a solid foundation to go into 2022 much stronger, wiser & more determined to achieve our goals. I am very proud of what our team has accomplished together & individually.
