The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 14

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 14 2021.

The Super Sellers Campaign 14 Team Recognition

It is now officially summer and this typically begins a slow period for most representative’s business. I personally feel that this year is going to be especially hard because on top of it being the summer season, many of us, customers & representatives, are focusing on getting back to “normal”. Many of us are returning to work, struggling financially as many businesses just do not have the funds for a full work staff or overtime and on the positive note, being able to go out & actually have a fun filled summer with family barbecues & vacations.

Campaign 14 was a struggle for all of us & I know it has been difficult trying to balance between life & working a business. This is a strange time for all of us & I believe in us that once the dust settles, we will be back on the road to reaching our goals & growing our businesses.
