The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 26

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 26 2020 as well as my annual awards for top performers of 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 26 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION

With close of Campaign 26, we have officially closed 2020 sales year and I have to admit we ended 2020 with a bang. Thanks to Avon’s amazing offers during week of Thanksgiving with their Black Friday specials and then the following week with Cyber Monday deals, our team was able to reach Gold Ambassador once again with over $4,000 in total Award Sales. I am just so proud of everyone’s hardwork & dedication to their business. This is going to be a great way to start off 2021.

To encourage our team & to celebrate those who have worked hard this holiday season, I am currently offering a team incentive which I announced in our November team meeting. Our team incentive will be going on from Campaign 25 to close of Campaign 2. There will be multiple categories representatives can receive an entry for business tools, samples & products + with our team reaching Gold Ambassador in Campaign 26, any representative who has ANY size Award Sales so far will receive an entry. Our team size did take a hit with us losing 5 representatives on our team but we did gain 1 new representative with Dawn Gigi growing her team and we have 1 representative who returned. However, 3 of our *NEW* representatives did take advantage of Avon’s new representative incentive, Pathway to Premier.

For the rest of the year, Avon will not be updating their Pinnacle Awards list in order to keep the integrity of the final calculations. Winners will be announced beginning of 2021. Fingers cross I am on top 10 once again in online sales & online sales growth.

The Super Sellers ended 2020 with $72,529 in total team sales with a total of 50 representatives on our team across the U.S.A. in 29 states.

This past year has been a difficult year, worldwide. In spite of that, our team continued to grow in sales & team size and we achieved so much. I am so proud of my team & how far we came in spite of all of our personal & professional struggles. We are going into 2021 at Gold Ambassador level, which is just one level below my goal of Bronze Leader. I know we will achieve this in 2021 as a team on top of accomplishing our own personal goals. I look forward to 2021 and see how far we go, individually & as a team.
