The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 24

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 24 2021.

The Super Sellers Team Recognition

As we approach the end of 2021 sales year & begin the holiday season, our team sales are going back to what they were last year. Actually, we sold $36 more in Campaign 24 this year compared to the same campaign last year.

We did lose one team member, however, we gained 7 with 5 team members returning & 2 new team members joining. This brings our total team size to 46. This is incredible because we had much more team members last year at this time. So the fact that we sold more this year with a fraction of the number of team members shows our team has the potential for greatness.

To help support & encourage my team as we end the sales year, I am currently offering a team incentive where team members will be entered into a giveaway based on their campaign performance sales & team growth.

Last week I had an amazing time at my all inclusive trip to Dominican Republic. I earned the trip for 2 being a pinnacle achiever for my online sales in 2020. I took my oldest son who graduated high school earlier this year. We had an incredible time & I will admit that I am looking forward to earning more trips. The next trip is to Hawaii in March and soon Avon will be announcing the next incentive trip for 2022 sales year.
