As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. GREAT JOB SUPER SELLERS IN CAMPAIGN 10 2020!
We did it again! We reached Silver Ambassador in Campaign 10! Even though we lost 4 representatives on our team, I am so proud of everyone’s hard work & dedication to their business, even through these tough times.
Right now I am offering a team incentive from Campaign 9 to Campaign 12, representatives will earn entries each campaign we reach Silver Ambassador level and

At the close of Campaign 10, I had a lot of personal success as well. Right now, I have reached #25 in total online sales and #19 for total increased online sales + reached President’s Club. This is my 3rd year in a row that I’ve reached President’s Club however what I am most appreciative is that this was the earliest in the year that I’ve reached President’s Club. I am so thankful for my amazing customers and all of their support. I would not have all of these accomplishments with out them.

In Campaign 10, there were other representatives on our team who reached personal success as well. We welcomed 2 new representatives to Promoter Level in Avon’s Advanced Leadership due to adding their first recruit to their own Avon team’s. Congratulations Adrevia Carmichael and Brooke Dipaola!
On top of that, our team had 2 *NEW* representatives take advantage of the Pathway to Premier incentive and will be receiving Milestone Bonuses for their Campaign 10 sales. Congratulations Jennifer Brown and Anonymous!
