Avon acknowledges the fact that representatives are the heart of the company and want to acknowledge them through their recognition program in sales & leadership. In 2021, Avon updated their recognition guide which goes over the earning opportunities & rewards representatives can enjoy through the Avon President’s Recognition Program for their personal sales as well as their Leadership Program for sharing the Avon opportunity & mentoring others as they start & build their own Avon businesses. President’s Recognition Program Rewards

The President’s Recognition Program recognizes top selling representatives. On top of the earning opportunities, representatives have the opportunity to earn & take advantage of these rewards:

• Lifetime President’s Club: Representatives who have reached their 50th anniversary with Avon
• New Sales Title Rewards: Each campaign you reach a new sales title for the first time, beyond your 2019 performance, you will receive a congratulatory email & a chance to pick out an exclusive Avon Rewards Gift.
• Avon Perkspot: A place where representatives get to save money & enjoy discounts and special deals from top brands, health insurance, tuition, for online higher education, big ticket electronics and even car purchases.
• Rising Star Pin: As a new representative within your first year, reach $5,000 in total Award Sales.
• President’s Recognition Program Charm or Pin: Each time a representative reaches a new sales title for the first time since their 2019 performance, he/she will have the option to choose a recognition pin or charm

Leadership Program Rewards

As a leadership representative, just like with sales, on top of the earning opportunities, you also will have the opportunity to earn these rewards:

• New Leadership Title Rewards: Each campaign you reach a new leadership title for the first time starting with Bronze Leader, you will receive a congratulatory email & a chance to pick out an exclusive Avon Rewards Gift.
• Avon Diamond Club: For every $1 million a team sells from December 23, 2020 to December 31, 2021, the leader will receive a ½ carat Swarovski lab-created diamond in 2022.
• Concierge Program: An exclusive program designed to provide exclusive support to top leaders to help them as they plan out how to maximize their earnings and provide an unforgettable experience for their team. 
• Leadership Program Charm or Pin: Each time a representative reaches a new sales title for the first time since their 2019 performance, starting with Bronze Leader, he/she will have the option to choose a recognition pin or charm.

• Spirit of Albee Award: Goes to representative who demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit & strives to better the lives for themselves & others.

Avon Incentives 2021

I will have to say, each year, they continue to surprise me with incredible incentive opportunities… especially when it comes to those all inclusive trips! For 2021, the current incentives Avon is offering are:

• Pathway to Premier: An incentive exclusively for representatives in their first 8 campaigns to earn 3 bonuses for their personal sales:
  1. Stepping Stone: For every $200 in Award Sales they have in a given campaign, they will receive a $20 bonus up to $500.
  2. Mini Milestone: Once a representative has a total of $500 in Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns, they will receive a $50 bonus and 50 FREE lip balms. 
  3. Milestone: Each time a representative sells $1,000 in total Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns up to $5,000 will receive a 10% bonus. Plus, with your first $1,000, you’ll receive 100 FREE lip balms.
