Celebrating 50 years this year, Avon President’s Recognition Program (PRP) recognizes & rewards representatives for reaching personal sales levels within a given sales year (Campaign 1 to Campaign 26).

Once a representative achieves PRP‘s President’s Club sales level with $10,000+ in Award Sales within a given sales year, he/she will receive 400 PRP points that he/she can use in Reward Headquarter found on youravon.com.

Achieving President’s Club representatives can purchase their very own Mrs. Albee Award through the Reward Headquarter or use their points toward other item(s) listed above.

President’s Recognition Program Pinnacle Awards

“The Pinnacle Awards honor President’s Club members & above for selling, recruiting and team growth”. (2018 Awards & Recognition Program Booklet) This is a “you achieve, you receive” award meaning once you reach a Pinnacle level, you will automatically receive the personal award.

The top 20 achievers for each of the Pinnacle Awards are recognized at their regional President’s Recognition Program Tribute as well as the President’s Recognition Program Celebration (PRPC). The #1 achiever in each of the Pinnacle Awards will receive a $5,000 bonus that is presented to them at the PRPC.

President Recognition Program Celebration

The President Recognition Program Celebration (PRPC) is a “national recognition trip held annually to recognize Avon’s highest achieving sales and leadership representatives.” (New Avon, LLC, 2018) The 2018-2019 PRPC will be held April 7, 2019 to April April 11, 2019 at the luxurious Westin Maui Resort & Spa.

Attendees will be able to go travel free & enjoy non-stop VIP treatment! You can enjoy this amazing opportunity if you qualify by:

• Reaching President’s Council or President’s Inner Circle
• Reaching Bronze Executive Leader and above who are President’s Club or higher.
• Being a Top 20 National Avon Pinnacle Award recepient who has reached President’s Club or higher.
• Being a Top 5 National Personal Sales Increase achiever who is a first time Honor Society, Rose Circle or McConnell Club member.

Avon Special Awards

Avon recognizes representatives for their achievements & hard work with special awards throughout the year.

Avon Guiding Spirit Award: One Avon Leader who has lead by example & inspired their team members to reach higher levels of success will be awarded each year at Avon’s Leadership Kickoff meeting at the beginning of each sales year.

Spirit of Avon Awards: Bronze Executive Leaders & above will nominate their team’s Spirit of Avon honoree. To be nominated, a representative must be a President’s Club member or above, live by Avon values, give back to their community & consistently provide excellent customer service. It is presented at each of the regional President’s Recognition Program Tributes.

National Spirit of Avon Awards: 3 Spirit of Avon Award recipients are nominated & on stage at RepFest, they & their stories will be featured with attendees voting for the honoree who best represents the National Spirit of Avon. The award will be presented by the end of each year’s RepFest weekend.

Spirit of Albee Award: In honor of the first “Avon Lady”, PFE Albee, each year, an Executive Leader who is also an Inner Circle Member is awarded for their entrepreneurial spirit & dedication to bettering themselves & others. The award is presented at the President Recognition Program Celebration each spring with a $1,500 check.

Avon RepFest

Every summer, Avon hosts an annual sales conference where all representatives across the U.S. can attend to celebrate being a representative as well as enjoy certified trainings, guest speakers and even an exclusive concert.

During the annual RepFest, attendees are also eligible for recognition in:

• Top 20 National Pinnacle Awards for C1 to C13
• PRP Sales Levels Awards for C1 to C13
• Leadership Title Advancements

The National Spirit of Avon top 3 nominees will also be featured on stage with their stories. RepFest attendees will then vote to choose the winner who is announced by the end of the weekend.

Avon Incentives

Throughout the year, Avon offers a variety of sales & recruiting incentives where representatives are “eligible to earn free products, gift cards, cash awards- even trips…” (2018 Awards & Recognition Program Booklet) In 2017, more than 1,000 achievers & guests earned a “Vacation Like a Boss” to the Bahamas and in 2018, representatives had the opportunity to earn an all inclusive cruise to Bermuda with “Cruise Like a Boss” incentive.

Beginning in Campaign 23′ 2018 until Campaign 26’2018, representatives have the opportunity to get a head start in earning points toward earning the 2019 trip- Los Cabos, Mexico. Representatives will be able to continue earning points in Campaign 1’2018 until Campaign 8’2018 in sales, recruiting & mentoring.
