Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 20 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
Our team continued to grow in sales & team size as we enter September. We did not reach Gold Ambassador once again however I am proud of what our team is accomplishing otherwise. I know we will reach Bronze Leader, my goal for 2020.
In Campaign 20 we did lose 5 representatives, however, we gained 8 *NEW* representatives who joined our team, with two of my first generation representatives adding to their team.

Though I did not offer a team incentive in Campaign 20, 3 of our representatives did take advantage of Avon’s incentive for *NEW* representatives, Pathway to Premier. Congratulations Vernoica Garcia, Nelda Tilus and Anita Young.

With our team doing such an incredible job in 2020, at the close of Campaign 20, our team moved up to #44 with over $25,000 more in total team sales versus our 2019 team sales. We are at 47.18% in total sales growth over the last 26 campaigns. Plus, our team stayed at #29 in total team sales growth with 27 more additional representatives compared to our 2019 total team size. I am still amazed that we are in the top 50 in regards to our team growth in sales & size! I am so proud of our team!

Thanks to customers who support my personal Avon business, at the close of Campaign 120, I moved up to #31 in total sales increase, stayed at #9 in total online sales & #6 in total online sales increase. For personal recruits, I moved up to #40. I would not be in the top 50, some in top 10, if it was not for the love & support I get from all of my amazing customers and followers. THANK YOU!
