The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 2

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 2 2021.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 2 2021 TEAM RECOGNITION

Campaign 2 was the last campaign for representatives to lock in their 2021 earnings until Campaign 21 2021. With holiday season over, many of us began 2021 entering into a typical slow period. However, compared to our 2020 team size & sales at this time, we are doing much better as a team with $400+ more in sales and 29 more representatives on our team. To me, that is impressive & shows that team is on the path to success.

To encourage our team & to celebrate those who have worked hard this holiday season, I offered a team incentive which came to an end at the close of Campaign 2. Our team incentive winners were:

• Maria Watson won Sampler Bundle for $40 Award Sales
• Selena Edwards won Skincare Bundle for $100 Award Sales within first 8 campaigns
• Selena Edwards won Business Bundle for $150 Award Sales
• Heather Rivera won Business Bundle for adding a new representative to his/her team
• Anonymous won Product Bundle for $40+ Award Sales in ALL 4 campaigns
• BONUS WINNER: Jill Grey for placing any size order by time we reached Gold Ambassador in Campaign 26.

Our team size did not change, even though we lost 4 representatives, our team added 3 *NEW* representatives thanks to Cecelia Gilmar starting & growing her team all on the same and 1 representative return. On top of that, Dawn Gigi once again took advantage of the Pathway to Premier incentive with her Campaign 2 sales.

Due to the 2020 winners have not be announced, Avon has not updated their Pinnacle Awards list in order to keep the integrity of the final calculations. Winners will be announced beginning of 2021. Fingers cross I am on top 10 for 2020 once again in online sales & online sales growth.
