The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 24

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 24 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 24 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION

With the holiday season upon us, our team is continuing to grow in sales & size. Tomorrow we will be having our last team meeting of the year and I am looking forward to sharing with you, my team, ideas & tips that I have learned along the way in growing your Avon business during the holiday season & how to end the year off with a bang.

Uur team size is continuing to adjust to the new tracking system Avon has implemented back in September. In Campaign 24, we lost 5 representatives, however we added 8 representatives to our team. Also, in Campaign 24, Heather Rivera started her own team with her first recruit.

On top of that, Dawn Gigi and Anita Young took advantage of the *NEW* representative incentive, Pathway to Premier.

As of the close of Campaign 24, our team is #28 in total team sales growth with me personally reaching #28 in total recruits with 17. I am #28 in total sales increase with over $19,100 in total 2020 Award Sales vs my 2019 Award Sales. However, I am #10 in total online sales and #5 in total online sales increase. Plus, I reached Rose Circle in Avon’s President’s Recognition Program having over $35,000 in total Award Sales in 2020. This is my first time reaching Rose Circle and am so proud of how far I have come & my business has grown in the last 2 years in spite of all of my personal & health struggles. I am so appreciative of everyone who has supported me & my business. I would not be where I am today without all of you!
