Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 8 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
WE DID IT TEAM IN CAMPAIGN 8 2020!
I am so proud of our team! Campaign 8 was a really tough campaign for everyone. During Campaign 8, the Coronavirus had hit America and by the close of Campaign 8, the whole country began to shut down, including Avon’s distribution center in Ohio. Thankfully, Avon’s distribution center was able to open up once again at the start of Campaign 9, but I will admit, by the end of Campaign 8, everyone was stressing about their health and financial futures.
With so many changes, uncertainties and chaos, I understand it may be hard for you to work or focus on anything. Please check out my blog, Avon Selling Tips: Coronavirus Tips. I share and go over tips & ideas that you can use to help continue to work your Avon business through these troubling times. Also, over the next few weeks I will be providing more guidance and support to you guys, The Super Sellers, through our team Facebook page like daily tips, a mock Facebook party event and live videos as well as additional emails with how to videos and guides, slide shows and other materials you will be able to use as you work your business and provide services to those in your local area.
I am so incredibly proud of our team because in Campaign 8 we reached Silver Ambassador. In the middle of January, I announced that the first campaign our team reached Silver Ambassador, each representative who placed an order in that campaign would receive an entry for a chance to win a FREE business bundle of business tools, samples and full size products. Well the time is here… WE REACHED SILVER AMABASSADOR, SUPER SELLERS! As a team we had over $2,000 in Award Sales and 6+ 1st generation orders. I am so proud of all of you and I am truly in shock. I understand right now is a very stressful time in our personal lives and as a team we accomplished an amazing goal, in spite of our personal stresses! Words can not express how proud & excited I am for our team.
I want to give a special shout out to the rock star of our team, Jennifer Brown. Once again she has rocked it in Campaign 8 not only receiving $20 Stepping Stone Bonus but also being the first Super Seller to earn the first Milestone Bonus by having over $1,000 within her first 8 campaigns. On top of Jennifer’s amazing success, we had another new representative bring it in Campaign 8 and she too will also be receiving a Stepping Stone Bonus. I am so proud of you guys & keep up the amazing work!!!
I want to take this moment to say to my team and my readers, that I hope all of you are doing well, are safe and are healthy and continue to be so over these next few months and beyond.
