Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 4 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
GREAT JOB SUPER SELLERS IN CAMPAIGN 4 2020!
Our team is continuing to do an amazing job and the results show it! Our team added 7 new representatives and our team’s order activity went from 29% in Campaign 3 to 43% in Campaign 4. Though we had enough orders placed in Campaign 4, we were around $400 short of reaching the Silver Ambassador total team sales requirement.
I am currently offering a team incentive beginning in Campaign 4, first campaign our team reaches Silver Ambassador leadership level, every $50 Award Sales a representative has in qualifying campaign, he/she will receive an entry for a FREE business bundle which will include business tools, samples and even some full size products. In order for our team to reach Silver Ambassador, our team must have a total of 6 1st Generation campaign orders and a total of $2,000 in team Award Sales.
