Avon’s New Representative Incentives

Here is the list of all the current incentives *NEW* representatives can work towards as the start & grow their business.

Avon Kickstart Program

Avon’s Kickstart incentive program was developed to help *NEW* representatives be able to start & grow their Avon business in sales & leadership at a steady pace. Once you have joined Avon, you will automatically be qualified to work towards the Kickstart earnings & bonuses in your first 7 campaigns.

How to Qualify:

The Avon Kickstart program is broken down into 3 components in which a *NEW* representative can earn:

1. Sales Component: Steadily increase your campaign order total by continually growing your customer base & customer sales.
   • 1st Campaign: ANY SIZE ORDER
   • 2nd Campaign: $150 (5-6 customers)
   • 3rd Campaign: $200 (6-8 customers)
   • 4th Campaign: $250 (8-10 customers)
   • 5th Campaign: $300 (10-12 customers)
   • 6th Campaign: $350 (12-14 customers)
   • 7th Campaign: $400 (14-16 customers)
2. Recruiting Component: Share the opportunity with your first 7 campaigns & help those start their own Avon business.
3. Kickstart Performance Bonus: Meet the minimum sales each campaign & recruit at least 3 Qualified Kickstart Recruits within your first 7 campaigns.

What You Earn:

Each time you meet a campaign sales goal & recruit a Qualified Kickstart Recruit, you will be putting more & more money in your pocket! You will also be creating a business that will have a solid foundation & putting on the road to success with Avon’s President’s Recognition Program & Avon’s Advanced Leadership where you will earn even more money & opportunities.

When You Meet Sales Component:

Each campaign you meet your sales goal, you will automatically earn 40% on ALL sales. This includes brochure orders, online orders & fixed earnings products.

NOTE: If you do not meet a campaign’s sales goal, your earnings will be based on the regular representative’s earnings chart starting at 20%.

When You Meet Recruiting Component:

During your first 7 campaigns, each time a *NEW* representative who joins your team & places a $150+ order by their 2nd campaign on time & pays for it on time, you will receive a $50 recruiting bonus. This is an alternative bonus to Avon’s Advanced Leadership $20 Recruiting Bonus. Guess what? There is no limit to how many $50 recruiting bonuses you can earn! Yes, that’s right- NO LIMIT! As long as your Qualified Kickstart Recruit joined your team within your first 7 campaigns, you will receive that $50 Recruiting Bonus.

When You Meet Kickstart Performance Bonus:

When you meet each of the 7 campaign sales goals & have at least 3 Qualified Kickstart Recruits in your first 7 campaigns, you will receive a $200 bonus.

Earning New Avon Representative Incentives

As a *NEW* representative, it can be very intimidating as you learning everything. I know you will hear things like continue to work & grow your business and you will get there. As a *NEW* representative, I’m sure you are wondering what does that mean? Well here are some tips & ideas that will help you so you can earn each of these incentives.

Use the Kickstart Calculator

Probably the best way to help you reach each of the incentives available for you as a *NEW* representative is by completing each of the Kickstart components- campaign sales goals & recruiting at least 3 Qualified Kickstart Recruits. To help you stay on track, you can use the Kickstart Calculator found on youravon.com. The Kickstart Calculator is basically a chart you can fill for each campaign so you can see if you qualified & how much you earned.

I know I am someone that needs things broken down & basically written in black & white so I know what to expect. By completing the Kickstart incentive minimum, you have the opportunity to earn:

• Over $2,000
• Avon Exclusive Pin
• 3 winning Scratch Off Tickets

I don’t know about you, but these are some awesome rewards to receive in your first 90 days of a *NEW* business, plus if you continue to work the Rapid Advancement Incentive, you can end up earning over $7,000 within your first 6 months!

Get Friends & Family Involved

Stay in Touch with Your Mentor

Each representative has a mentor that they can go to for support. As a *NEW* representative, this will probably the one person you talk to the most as you are learning to grow your business.

Let your mentor know what your goals are, what ideas & activities you plan on doing to achieve those goals & don’t be afraid to reach out to him/her when you have a question or a concern. He/She is there to support, guide & celebrate with you as you grow your business. Remember, he/she has been where you are at, so why not get advice from someone who has all ready been there.

Use Avon Social

Avon earlier this month launched an amazing tool to help us representatives share our business online with a *NEW* social media tool called Avon Social. This is an amazing tool for you to use to share your business online. There you will find thousands of images, posts & ideas for you to share on your Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest. What’s great about using Avon Social is if someone clicks on your post/tweet/pin, they will automatically be directed to your link.

Remember, with this tool you will be able to reach people you otherwise wouldn’t. So make sure you have your notifications on, you never know when someone will reach out to for a brochure or information on becoming an Avon representative.

Do a Daily Activity to Grow Your Business

Consistency is key when you are a running a business. Finding an activity that you can do on a daily basis, or even semi daily basis, will help your business consistently grow. You can do things like:

• Talking to X number of people a day
• Leaving Avon brochures at X number of businesses a day/week
• Pinning fliers up at X number of brochures a day/week
• Sharing X number of posts, pins, etc on each of your social media accounts
• Create a Facebook group page or business page for customers & recruits to refer to
• Wear an Avon pin or having an Avon brochure out for everyone to see
• Having Avon brochures on your windshield when you are parked

There are so many things you can do on a daily basis that will help you reach more & more people. The more people you reach out to, the more sales & recruits will come your way.

Follow Up

Following up is a must when you are in direct sales. Think about it, how many times have you wanted to order something or even join something and completely forgot. People get busy, things come up.

Following up is one of my biggest income activities. I know at first I didn’t want to be a “bother”. Following up doesn’t have to be a “bother”. Contacting people you gave a brochure 2-3 days before an order if they hadn’t placed an order is you just sending a friendly reminder so your customers don’t miss out on the sales.

Stay Motivated

The most important factor in your achievements will be your determination! As an Avon representative, you are the one in control of your business. It’s amazing to be able to work around your schedule & to be the one to decide how to do things, however, you won’t have a boss over you making sure you are doing your work. Losing the drive/motivation is one of the top reasons *NEW* representatives give up. It is important to get into a routine & find a way to keep yourself accountable.
