The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 4 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 4 2023.
Though our sales & team size went down, I will say overall, as a team we did better this year compared to last year. Sadly, no one did qualify for my February team incentive, so I’ve decided to make some adjustments & look forward to recognizing & rewarding those who are continually working their business for the month of March.
I’ve started weekly team trainings back up for the new year & will be continuing tomorrow, March 3rd at 12:30pm EST where we will go over how to track your budget with a spreadsheet that I personally use within my own business.
