The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 2
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, big or small. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that you do recognize & celebrate your milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually.
The Super Sellers Team Recognition
We have officially begun the new year & with that, like most retail businesses, a slow period. I personally enjoy this time of year because it gives me the time & mental state to focus on setting goals & creating a plan for the upcoming year. On our team Facebook page, I did a couple live training videos where I walked through tips, ideas & tutorial on how to create a business plan as well as grow their customer base using the amazing tools we have available through our back office.
Sadly our team did lose 10 team members, however, we did gain 5 representatives, 4 being new representatives and 1 returning.

This time of year is hard, it’s after the holiday season also right now many are getting or taking care of love ones who are sick. I believe in my team & their success so I decided to help with a new team incentive.
