Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 19 2021.

After having a difficult campaign, our team back with a vengeance with team sales over $2,000 & we added 7 representatives to our team, 2 new representatives & 5 representatives returning, with one of our new representatives having $200+ first order! I am very proud to see our team’s hard work coming together & congratulations Basem Hamdan.
In Campaign 19, Avon hosted their annual convention. This was the first year where they had a limited amount of in person attendees as well as allow representatives to attend virtually. I personally attended virtually & learned a lot over the weekend through the training opportunities & getting sneak peaks at what’s to come to Avon in the near future.
On Sunday, they ended the weekend with keynote speaker, Pegine Echevarria. I really enjoyed her speech & found it motivational, inspiring, funny & honestly a great way to end the weekend. I even purchased a book she spoke about & currently reading it. To me, she embodied how I envision what being an Avon Independent Sales Representative is today. It’s all about being your authentic self as well as believing in & sharing what you can offer. There is no one else in the world like you!
