The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 18

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 18 2021.

The Super Sellers Campaign 18 Team Recognition

This campaign was probably the hardest campaign for all of us. For half the campaign, our online store & for better part of that as well, our AvonNow accounts were not accessible. Though we don’t know why there were technical difficulties, I personally believe this occurred because Avon will be launching a new website soon where customers & representatives can all go to. Just like when there is any transition, something I’ve learned working in the medical field & having to switch EMR systems, there will be kinks along the way.

I will say I am very proud of everyone who continued to work their business in spite of this unpredictable obstacle. Though this was our team’s lowest total campaign sales in over a year, we did have representatives who were entered into our current team incentive where I am giving away a goodie package each campaign. Each team member can receive an entry for every $100 Award Sales they have that given campaign. For Campaign 18, we once again have Ravinia Williams as the winner.

As the summer comes to an end & we are about to enter 4th quarter (aka holiday season), representatives across the country will be coming together this upcoming weekend for Avon’s annual convention. This year some representatives will be attending the event live, however the majority of attendees will be participating virtually, including myself. These annual conventions are a great way for representatives to learn from one another & celebrate each others successes. Through out the weekend, Avon will be hosting a variety of training opportunities as well as acknowledging & recognizing representatives for their achievements this past year.
