The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 13

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 13 2021.

The Super Sellers Campaign 13 Team Recognition

Typically this time of year it is a busy season where customers are stocking up on their summer must haves. However, with all that is going on in the world, our customers, and us representatives, are all working on getting back to “normal” and do our best to go back to the way things were before the pandemic. I will say though, our team is still maintaining & we are doing a great job during these very difficult times.

Our team did lose 7 representatives, however, we did have two return. Welcome back Tatiana Edens & Nicole Surette.

I will say though two of our representatives killed it in Campaign 13. First off, Christine Gandee reached the Milestone Bonus through the Pathway to Premier incentive by having over $1000 Award Sales within her first campaign. Plus, Anonymous had over $1400 in Award Sales and will be receiving the $500 and the $1000 Count Me In Incentive Bundles. She has been a representative for over two years now and continues to work hard & be consistent. I am so proud of her & happy to see all her hard work being recognized & celebrated.

She was our winner for Campaign 13 sampler from the incentive I was offering my team from Campaign 9 to Campaign 13. Each campaign, representatives have the opportunity to be entered for a chance to receive a FREE sampler bundle and be entered for the final giveaways, listed below. Here are the winners:

• Christine Gandee: Business Bundle by having $60+ Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns
• Ravinia Williams: FREE Product by having $150+ Award Sales in a campaign
• Anonymous: FREE Product Bundle by having $250+ Award Sales in a campaign.
• None: Leadership Bundle for each new representative who joins his/her team within the incentive period.
• Christine Gandee: Special Gift by having $60+ Award Sales in ALL 5 campaigns.

I did also have a bonus incentive for when our team reached Gold Ambassador during incentive period. We did not reach Gold Ambassador, however we were close to $300 in reaching Gold Ambassador in Campaign 13. I know our team will get there. I believe in us.

Speaking of which, to help continue encouraging, celebrating & helping those who are continually working their business, this summer, from Campaign 15 to Campaign 19, each campaign, representatives will have a chance to be entered for a chance to receive a FREE Goodie Package which may include full size products, samples & business tools with every $100 Award Sales they have in that given campaign. Each “Goodie Package” will be different. I enjoy helping out my team and providing them support. I know when I would receive goodie packages from my upline, especially in my first few years, how much they helped me grow my business. That is exactly what I want to do for my team.

Another way I provide support is monthly meetings. Yesterday I hosted our monthly meeting and went over different tips & ideas on how to sell Avon during the summer. Representatives can watch the replay on the event page which is through our team Facebook page. This will be our last team meeting until September so I wanted to make sure I provided tips & support to help them through the next couple months. Though I am not hosting a monthly team meeting, I am still available through out the summer for one on one support when ever they need.
