Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 11 2021.
The Super Sellers Campaign 11 Team Recognition
As we continue to work towards going back to “normal”, I’ve noticed that it’s been an adjustment for many of us. We’ve gotten use to being indoors the majority of the time. However, I think once the weather begins to warm up some more and more & more people get vaccinated, we will see a boost in family gatherings again, summer vacations & people start living life outside their home. As we work on adjusting our normal day to day lives, as Avon representatives, we also have to start adjusting our business to be able to meet our customers wants & needs.
In Campaign 11, I hosted 2 Facebook Live trainings our team page in which I went over how to prepare digital catalog and printed catalogs. This is in preparation for what I went over yesterday in our monthly team meeting for May… How to use brochures to market & grow your Avon business. I went over ideas & tips on how to use digital & printed catalogs & sales flyers, such as creating samplers, sharing on social media & email and ideas on where to leave brochures around town.
Right now I am offering our team an incentive to help encourage those who are working their business & recognize their achievements along the way. From Campaign 9 until Campaign 13, each campaign, representatives have the opportunity to be entered for a:
- Business Bundle by having $60+ Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns
- FREE Product by having $150+ Award Sales in a campaign
- FREE Product Bundle by having $250+ Award Sales in a campaign.
- Leadership Bundle for each new representative who joins his/her team within the incentive period.
- Special Gift by having $60+ Award Sales in ALL 5 campaigns.
