The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 7
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 7 2021.
THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 7 2021 TEAM RECOGNITION
In Campaign 7, though our sales remained consistent, our team grew at an astounding amount! As a team, we added 14 NEW representatives to our team… yes 14! With Avon offering the $0 sign up, this has made it an even more amazing opportunity to help others improve their finances and enjoy discounts on their favorite Avon products. I’ve actually had many reach out to me and tell me they are returning Avon representatives. I love that I am able to help mentor & support a team of amazing men & women who are working hard & are dedicated to reaching their financial goals & creating a life they always dreamed of with the help of the Avon opportunity. I know that is what the Avon opportunity has done for me and I am so happy to help others do the same!
Personally, my sales went back to “normal”. On top of that, I was able to help UNLV Dance & Twirl Team raise funds through my first online fundraiser. I am so proud of what we accomplished and am happy that I was able to help out. I look forward to our future fundraising efforts in the future. Right now I am anxiously waiting for Avon to announce the 2020 Top 10 Pinnacle Achievers. Last I knew, I was in the top 10 for my online sales & online sales increase. If I did reach the top 10, I will be going to Avon Destination 2021 to Hawaii! For those who have been with me for a while, then you know that in 2019 I had earned a trip to Hawaii for my 2018 sales performance, however, I was unable to attend because at that time I was undergoing chemotherapy treatments for Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer. As you can imagine, earning this amazing opportunity and actually be able to go this time, it is going to mean the world to me and it will be something I will appreciate even more so!
