In 2021, Avon is offering amazing bonuses & incentives for *NEW* representatives as they start their new business venture. These opportunities are designed to help him/her build a solid foundation while also getting a first hand glimpse at some of the extraordinary opportunities he/she can enjoy while building a business to help them reach their financial goals.

1st Order Special Offer

To help encourage & give *NEW* representatives a solid start with their new Avon business, Avon is offering 2 special offers when a *NEW* representative places their first order by given campaign they are provided when they sign up.

What You Earn:

With your 1st order, you have the opportunity to receive:

How to Qualify:

Once you sign up to become a *NEW* representative, Avon will send you a welcome email that will provide you your account information, mentor contact information and what your designated 1st order campaign is.

Pathway to Premier

As a way to acknowledge & reward *NEW* representatives who are rocking it, Avon launched Pathway to Premier in 2020. With this incentive, *NEW* representatives have the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of their regular campaign earnings over their first 8 campaigns (around 4 months).

What You Earn:

There are 3 bonuses *NEW* representatives can take advantage of within their first 8 campaigns:

1. Stepping Stone Bonus: Earn a $20 bonus for every $200 in Award Sales you have within a given campaign
2. Mini Milestone Bonus: Earn $50 bonus & 50 FREE lip balms once you’ve reached $500 in Award Sales within your first 8 campaigns.
3. Milestone Bonus: Every $1,000 in Award Sales you have within your first 8 campaigns, earn a 10% bonus + with your first $1,000, also receive 100 FREE lip balms.

How to Qualify:

At the close of each campaign, each Pathway to Premier bonus you qualify for based on your campaign Award Sales & total Award Sales, you will automatically receive achieved bonus.
