The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 4
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 4 2021.
THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 4 2021 TEAM RECOGNITION
In Campaign 4, it looks like our team is starting to get out of the slow season. We were just a sliver under reaching Silver Ambassador, which requires $2,000 in total team sales with 6 1st Generation orders.
Though we lost 8 representatives on our team, we gained 2 *NEW* representatives and 2 representatives returned.
Personally, my sales went back to normal and with my sales business established, this year, my goal is to focus more on my team to help each representative reach their financial goals and build a successful Avon business as I have. Avon finally began announcing 2021 Pinnacle recognition except for online sales & online sales growth which are the 2 categories I thrive in. As of right now, I have reached top 100 for available categories.
