Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 21 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 21 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION

Campaign 21 was probably one our worst campaigns of the year. It seemed like we all struggled, but that’s ok, because we can learn & grow from this.

In Campaign 21 we lost 3 more representatives, however, we gained 4 *NEW* representatives who joined our team.

With our team doing such an incredible job in 2020, at the close of Campaign 21, our team moved up to #42 with over $25,800 more in total team sales versus our 2019 team sales and our team moved up to #28 in total team sales growth with 23 more representatives compared to our 2019 total team size. We are at 51.68% in total sales growth over the last 26 campaigns. That is absolutely incredible. It’s amazing how much we have achieved over the last year.

Personally, I struggled in Campaign 21 as well with my sales. In spite of that, I moved up to #28 in total sales increase, stayed at #9 in total online sales & #6 in total online sales increase. For personal recruits, I moved up to #34. From what I seen, it looks like a lot of us representatives had a bad Campaign 21. As I said, that’s ok. We are about to enter the busiest time of the year & all we can do is learn from this experience and move on.
