Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 19 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 18 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
As August comes to a close and the slow season of the summer, our team is growing slowly in sales & team size. Though we did not reach Gold Ambassador once again, I strongly believe in our team’s success & ending the year off with a bang. My goal for 2020 was for our team to reach Bronze Leader and I know we can do it!
In Campaign 19 we did lose three representatives, however, 2 *NEW* representatives placed their 1st order plus we had 2 representatives come back. On top of that, we had 7 *NEW* representatives join our team.
Though I am not currently offering a team incentive, 2 of our representatives did take advantage of Avon’s incentive for *NEW* representatives, Pathway to Premier. Congratulations Vernoica Garcia & Heather Rivera.

With our team doing such an incredible job in 2020, at the close of Campaign 19, our team moved up to #47 with over $22,700 more in total team sales versus our 2019 team sales. We are at 39.10% in total sales growth over the last 26 campaigns. Plus, our team went up another 14 spots to #29 in total team sales growth with 28 more additional representatives compared to our 2019 total team size. In the last two campaigns we moved up 24 spots!!! Wow… that is so incredible. I am so proud of our team being in Avon’s top 100 team pinnacles and as I said earlier, we still have more to accomplish & we are going to kill it in 2020! Watch Avon community… The Super Sellers are on the way to the top!

Thanks to customers who support my personal Avon business, at the close of Campaign 19, I moved up to #33 in total sales increase, stayed at #9 in total online sales & moved down to #6 in total online sales increase. For personal recruits, I went down to #44. I would not be in the top 50, some in top 10, if it was not for the love & support I get from all of my amazing customers and followers. THANK YOU!
