Recognition is one of the benefits I love as Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 16 2020.

THE SUPER SELLERS CAMPAIGN 17 2020 TEAM RECOGNITION
After having a slump in Campaign 16, our team did better in Campaign 17. Our total team sales went up, but we did not quite make it to Gold Ambassador. Because our team did not reach Gold Ambassador, our team incentive was not valid in Campaign 17. From Campaign 13 to Campaign 17, each time our team had reached Gold Ambassador with over $4,000 in total Award Sales and had over 9 1st Generation Orders. Representatives who qualified that campaign would be entered into our team incentive for:
- Placing any size order for a sampler.
- Placing a $250+ order for a product bundle.
- Being a new representative in their first 8 campaigns that places any size order for a FREE Avon product.
- Reaches a *NEW* sales or leadership level for a business bundle (including Premier sales level and Promoter leadership level)
- Adding a *NEW* representative to their team for a business bundle.
BONUS PRIZE: Place a $100+ order in all 5 campaigns regardless if we reach Gold Ambassador or not.
With our team incentive coming to a close, I will be announcing the winners on our team Facebook page, The Super Sellers, as well as in our campaign update email. Winners will be having their prizes shipped out to them this week, many including *NEW* products & samples. I will be taking a break until October on offering team incentives, so keep an eye out on our team recognition blogs, for updates.

With our team doing such an incredible job in 2020, at the close of Campaign 17, our team reached $50 with over $19,000 increase in total team sales versus our 2019 team sales and our team went up to #53 in total team sales growth with 25 more additional representatives compared to our 2019 total team size. I am so proud of our team being in Avon’s top 100 team pinnacles.

At the close of Campaign 17, I reached #32 in total sales increase, #57 in total personal recruits, #9 in total online sales and #5 in total online sales increase. This upcoming week I will be celebrating my 5th anniversary as an Avon Independent Sales Representative. The next 5 days, to say thank you to all who have & continue to support me, I am offering a new giveaway where customers can win some of my favorite Avon products.
