A lot has happened since my last entry (May 20, 2018). To be honest, I am still trying to wrap my mind around what happened. Over the last few weeks, my online business has literally exploded. What do I mean by exploding? At the end of Campaign 13, which ends Tuesday, I will have been promoted to 2 levels in Avon’s sales level achievement program, President’s Recognition Program, by selling over $20,000 in a given sales year. My 2018 goal was to reach $10,000. So to have reached double the amount & only be half way through the sales year, I am literally flabbergasted on how this happened.

On top of meeting my goals for the sales aspect of my business, I am very close in reaching my 2018 goals for the leadership part of my business by reaching Silver Ambassador in Avon’s Advanced Leadership program. Last week, I was promoted to Bronze Ambassador &  over the last few weeks I have signed on 10 more *NEW* Avon representatives. I am expecting to reach my 2018 leadership goal in the next few campaigns because I am only 1 level behind, with 1 order short from being promoted!

I am sure you are probably sitting there wondering how? To be honest, I can’t pin point 1 thing that set it all off. All I do know is my mindset going into the 2018 sales year was of determination. Since then, I had created a social media marketing routine that I remained consistent with thanks to Buffer & Avon’s *NEW* social media tool they provide us representatives for FREE called Avon Social, created a follow up routine for my customers, leads & team members that I followed through on and started my weekly blog series, Being an Avon Mom, along with some other small changes. I believe the combination of these activities & my determination in achieving my goals this year is how.

After everything that has happened to me in the last 6 months, in my personal life & with my business, I truly do believe that whatever energy you send out to the universe determines what you get back. If you are doubting yourself & not prioritizing your life correctly, reaching your goals are going to be much harder & most likely take you a lot longer to get there. So my advice to you is to never doubt what you are capable of! If you live a life of making everyone else happy, you will end up not making the one person you do have the power to make happy, because guess what, people are in charge of their own happiness. There is nothing you can say or do that can change a person’s happiness if they are determined to be miserable!
