Avon RepFest 2017

Every August, Avon hosts an annual conference called RepFest. Representatives from across the country go to “share the company’s vision for the future [and celebrate] the company’s 130 year history as a direct selling leader & beauty icon.” (Multivu, 2016). There, representatives will share & build knowledge & relationships over a 3 day period.

Where & When 2017 Avon Repfest?

In 2017, Avon is hosting the RepFest in Nashville, TN at Gaylord Opryland Resort from August 5, 2017- August 7, 2017.

How to Register

If you are an Avon representative, interested in going to 2017 Avon RepFest, the registration fee is $139.

Currently Avon is offering a special promotional offer of $99 for new representatives (a representative in their first 7 campaigns).

You can register for 2017 Avon RepFest at www.avonrepfest.com.

You can pay for the registration fee by major credit card, Avon points or your Avon account. The total Avon points needed to pay for the full price is 3, 475 points. You can use your points to pay for all or a portion of the registration fee.

With your registration fee, you will receive:

• Access to all General Sessions & all Business Building Training Seminars
• Attend an exclusive concert ((Use #AvonRepFest & let Avon know who you want to see at this year’s concert!)
• Avon Swag Bag with free full size products, samples & more

Where to Stay & How to Travel

Avon has set up special hotel rates for first come, first serve reservations at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Inn at Opryland.

You do need a credit card to reserve your room. If you are using points to purchase a room, you must book your room with a credit card & then email Avon with your name, name of the hotel & the confirmation number along with how many nights you wish to purchase. You can not pay for a room partially with your points. 

You can reserve an airport shuttle for your traveling once you arrive in Nashville. From the airport to Gaylord Opryland Resort is $30 for a round trip or $19 for one way.

If driving in, you can also park at the Gaylord Opryland Resort for reduced rate of $5 a night for registered attendees at Gaylord Opryland Resort or Inn at Opryland. Complimentary shuttles will be provided through out RepFest from Inn at Opryland to the host hotel, Gaylord Opryland Resort.

Transportation is not available by Avon from other Nashville hotels to Gaylord Opryland Resort.

Additional Info

• You may cancel your registration for a full refund by June 15, 2017. You will receive 50% refund between June 16, 2017 to July 15, 2017. Refunds will not be allowed after July 15, 2017. To cancel, email AvonRepFest@AvonUSA.com.
• You can bring up to 2 guests with you but have to pay for the registration fee for them as well. A guest is a non Avon representative such as a friend, family member, or a recruit lead. Guests must be 18 years old or older.
• Special Avon hotel rates are available August 3, 2017 to August 13, 2017 on a first come, first serve basis.
• You must find your own way to Nashville, TN.
• Training Seminars are free & are first come, first serve. You do not need to register.
• No meals will be provided by Avon. There are several restaurants at Gaylord Opryland Resort & Nashville so plan your funds accordingly.
• For those who are unable to walk or need a scooter, you can reserve a scooter for $50 a day by calling 615-458-2615. You can pick up your scooter at Opryland Resort Cascades Lobby Bell & Service Desk between 9am & 7pm.
• Dress code is business casual. It is recommended to bring a light jacket or sweater with some rooms getting chilly.
