My grandmother (or as I call her Memere), has always expressed the importance for me to take care of my skin. When I was younger, I never really understood why but as I am getting older & starting to see the signs of aging I am so happy that I listened (for the most part). I’ve always made sure to apply sunscreen during the summer, minimize my time in the sun & would use foundation with SPF protection.

I was never one that was big on beauty products. I know that may be shocking considering I am an Avon representative, but for me, I never saw the point in spending an hour a day in applying all kinds of beauty products being a mom of 5 boys who is home 90% of the time. Honestly, I just don’t have the time every morning to spend all that time in getting myself ready when I have a baby to take care & 4 boys to get out the door for school. However, about 6 months ago, I noticed that my “laughing lines” were getting deeper & weren’t going away! I am not ready for the aging process so I decided to create a simple beauty routine that is quick & something I can every morning.

Here is what I came up with…

Step 1: Clean My Face

The first step in any beauty routine is always going to be to clean your face. By washing your face, you are going to give your skin a fresh start by removing any dirt & impurities. It basically gives your skin a clean slate.
