The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 11 2023

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 11 2023.

The Super Sellers in Campaign 11

Wow! Campaign 11 is definitely the best campaign of 2023 thus far. I am so proud of all the hard work everyone did this past campaign & look forward to see how the rest of 2023 goes. We had over $3,000 in total Award Sales having us reach Silver Ambassador once again. On top of that, we gained 10 representatives to our team, two returing and a whopping 8 *NEW* representatives, including Anonymous adding a *NEW* member to her team. As you will see below, all of our reprsentatives who placed their 1st order are in our top 5 for total Award Sales this campaign. WAY TO GO NEWBIES!!!

To help support & recognize my team, I offer a monthly team incentive where team members will be automatically entered into various categories to receive business tools, full size products & more based on their sales throughout the month. With our team achieving Silver Ambassador in C11, I raffled off a FREE business bundle which our lucky winner was Roseann Petersen…. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

On top of our team incentive, Avon was also offering a way for all representatives to earn extra cash with the Dash for Cash incentive. From Campaign 8 to Campaign 11, representatives could earn $25 to $500 bonus by increasing their sales from their 1st quarter sales and/or every $600 Award Sales. For our team, I earned cash bonus for increasing my sales by $1,527.
