The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 3 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, no matter how big or small they may be. Building a business takes hard work & dedication. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that each of the representatives on my team do recognize & celebrate their milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually throughout campaign 3 2023.
I am proud of our team as we are continuing to hold onto our total team sales & is continuing to be higher compared to last year’s sales at this time. Actually, we are almost double the amount of total sales in 2023 compared to 2022 sales at this time. As a team we achieved Bronze Ambadassor leadership sales level once again.
Consistency is key when starting & running a business. To recognize & reward representatives who place at least 3 orders from Campaign 1 to Campaign 6, while earn Superstar incentive for a FREE keychain & charm that celebrates Team Avon 2023. In Campaign 3, Suzanne Good, Anonymous, Barbara Goodwin and myself have achieved Superstar incentive by placing any size order the last three campaigns.
Last Friday, I began my weekly team trainings starting with going over how I utilize avon.com tools in my business. Last week I primarily focused on the management tools and will continue going over more tools, including leadership tools this Friday February 17th at 12:30pm ET on event page through our team Facebook group.
In February, representatives on my team will have the opportunity to earn business tools & full size products through their sales & growing their team.
