Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, big or small. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that you do recognize & celebrate your milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually in Avon’s Campaign 2 2023.
I am proud of our team as we held onto our team sales from Campaign 1 and even did better compared to last year’s Campaign 2 sales. As a team we achieved Bronze Ambadassor leadership sales level. Last Friday, Avon hosted their annual Kickoff event virtually where they demonstrated many amazing new products that will be launching in 2023 and announced that their annual convention will be held August 11 to August 13 in Washington DC with the theme being Team Avon.
In February, representatives on my team will have the opportunity to earn business tools & full size products through their sales & growing their team.
As we move into the second month of 2023, I am confident that our team will continue to do great as a whole & individually. I believe in each of the representatives on my team to build a business that will help them reach their financial goals.
