The Super Sellers Team Recognition Campaign 1 2023
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, big or small. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that you do recognize & celebrate your milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. Below is an overview on how our team, The Super Sellers, did overall as well as individually in Avon’s Campaign 1 2023.
The new year has begun with a new sales year. To continue to support & help my team, I will begin our team trainings each Friday at 12pm on our team Facebook page. I will then post the replays on my Youtube channel the following Tuesday to ensure those who do not have Facebook are able to still access the training. I am excited to go over & discuss a variety of topics as we continue to work on growing our Avon businesses post pandemic.
On top of team training, I will continue to send campaign updates and order reminder emails each Friday. In these emails, my team will have access to updates, tips, ideas, tutorials & whatever else they need to know to help them with their business & to enjoy all of the opportunities Avon has to offer. Representatives on my team will also enjoy recognition with our team incentive each month.
As we begin 2023, I am confident that our team will do great as a whole & individually. I believe in each of the representatives on my team to build a business that will help them reach their financial goals.
