Since ancient Greeks & Romans, we have learned how important it is to our mental & physical health to take time to away from our busy lives and relax. When the global pandemic hit in 2020, many people began creating spa like routines & treatments that they can do in the comfort of their home. Many continue to do spa days at home as it is much more affordable and I know for me, I am able to do without having to hire a babysitter. I can easily do a spa day at home after a long week once my kids are off to bed or they are out for the day.
