The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 4
Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes & triumphs, big or small. My job as a team leader & mentor is to ensure that you do recognize & celebrate your milestones, goals & achievements each step of the way. The Super Sellers Team Recognition
Our team is maintaining our sales through Campaign 4. Currently Avon is offering an incentive for team leaders to earn a bonus when % of their team places an order during the incentive period. In C4 28% of our team placed an order which is actually above average.
Though we did lose 6 team members, we did have 5 new team members join our team. I am excited to work with them & help support them as they start their own business to achieve their financial goals.
