Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Our team grew in Campaign 23 with 6 new representatives joining our team and 1 representative returning in spite of losing 1 team member. Next week I will be celebrating & enjoying my first Avon trip that I am able to attend with my oldest son. I earned Avon Destination Dominican Republic for two by reaching sales goal by Campaign 17 last year and by being a Pinnacle Achiever as a top online seller in 2020. I am very excited & even more appreciative of all the support I received, especially last year. Because of my amazing customers & supporters, not only was I able to earn this amazing opportunity two ways but even more importantly, I was able to provide for my 4 boys at home as a single mom during a world pandemic. Being able to stay home while my kids were doing home school as well as the safety of my family, I was extremely appreciative.
