Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. The Super Sellers Campaign 22 Team Recognition
In Campaign 22, our team grew in sales and though we lost 7 representatives, we had 3 new representatives join our team & 3 representatives return. Plus, Anonymous welcomed their first team member & reached Promoter leadership level.
I hosted our team’s monthly meeting this past weekend where I went over how to prepare for the busy holiday season & shared some ideas & tips to help market & grow their Avon business. I will be posting a Youtube video in my Tuesday Training series regarding the material I went over, so if you are not apart of our team, make sure to subscribe to my channel so you are notified when I upload that video.
Also, at that time I announced a new team incentive which will be beginning in Campaign 23 until Campaign 26.
