Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. In Campaign 21, our team dropped in sales. Honestly this does not surprise me. First off, I personally was unable to work my Avon business per usual due to personal reasons that I am dealing with. Also, September tends to be a month when consumers are recuperating from their summer vacation spending & preparing for the busy holiday season. As we go into October, I am sure our team sales & team size will begin to grow for the holiday season.
On the up side, we did welcome a new Promoter, Anna Holmes as she welcomed her first team member. Speaking of Avon Leadership, Avon announced that leaders have the opportunity to earn a FREE trip for two to San Antonio River Walk in Texas. Over the last few weeks, I have been working on plans & preparing for my all inclusive trip to the Dominican Republic which I earned as a top 10 online seller in 2020. Representatives were able to earn this all inclusive trip in 2020. Those who earned this trip as a top seller or leader will be able to enjoy an extended trip & invite to a celebration ceremony. I am personally taking my oldest son who recently graduated from high school. For those who have been with me over the last few years, you know how much this trip means to me. In 2019, I earned 2 trips… one to Hawaii & one to Mexico. Sadly at that time I was undergoing chemotherapy treatment for Stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Cancer, so I was unable to attend both trips. I am truly appreciative of this opportunity & know I would not be where I am without the amazing support system I have, including those in my personal life as well as my fellow representative friends and of course, most importantly, my amazing customers. Because of their continued support, I was a top seller as well as able to provide for my family as a single mom during the difficult year of 2020 during the pandemic.
