The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 16

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 16 2021.

The Super Sellers Campaign 16 Team Recognition

At the beginning of Campaign 16, Avon announced the return of the $0 sign up. I am really happy this is back & I feel this is a great way to separate ourselves from other direct sales companies. As a result, in Campaign 16, we gained 3 new representatives & also welcomed Sofia Ernst to leadership with her first team member, having her at the Promoter level.

We are maintaining our Silver Ambassador title with having over $2,000 in total Award Sales with at least 6 1st generation orders. I can see we are starting to get back to our groove as our total team order activity went up 15% and our total campaign growth over the last 26 campaigns went up to 22.71%.

All summer long, I am offering a team incentive where team members will be entered for a chance to receive a goodie package filled with full size products, samples & business tools each campaign with every $100 Award Sales. For second campaign in a row, Sofia Ernst will be receiving Campaign 16 goodie package!
