The Super Sellers Team Recognition: Campaign 10

Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 10 2021.

The Super Sellers Campaign 10 Team Recognition

As more & more people are getting vaccinated, the more and more we are starting to get back to normal, which is going to open doors for those on my team to market their business. In upcoming weeks, leading up to our May monthly meeting, I will be doing Facebook Live trainings sharing with my team different things they need to know about utilizing the Avon brochure, in person and online.

Our team in Campaign 10 was a little less than $300 short of reaching Gold Ambassador. We were almost there! Right now, I am offering a team incentive to help encourage those who are working their business & recognize their achievements along the way. From Campaign 9 until Campaign 13, each campaign, representatives have the opportunity to be entered for a:

• Business Bundle by having $60+ Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns
• FREE Product by having $150+ Award Sales in a campaign
• FREE Product Bundle by having $250+ Award Sales in a campaign.
• Leadership Bundle for each new representative who joins his/her team within the incentive period.
• Special Gift by having $60+ Award Sales in ALL 5 campaigns.

Plus, at the close of each campaign, each representative who qualified for at least 1 incentive category, will be entered to receive a FREE Sampler. For Campaign 10, Beverly Cleavenger is the winner. On top of that, new representatives, Christine Gandee & Marsha Taylor, took advantage of Avon’s Pathway to Premier Incentive by reaching $500 total Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns and will be receiving a $50 cash bonus + 50 FREE lip balms.

Last night, Avon hosted their annual Pinnacle Awards event where they recognize the top sellers & leaders for 2020 in various categories. It was a virtual event through Facebook where all representatives, and even customers, could watch those they know be recognized. I am happy to announce that I was one of many amazing representatives! I was #10 in total online sales volume and #5 in total online sales volume increase. I am so blessed & thankful to have such an amazing support system & even more amazing customer base. I would not be able to provide for my 4 boys as a single mom while working from home. I am looking forward to see where we will go from here!
