Recognition is one of the benefits I love as an Avon representative. Together, we celebrate one another’s successes triumphs. As you start & work on growing your own business, it can be very easy to get lost in your focus and forget to actually reflect on your journey. As a leader, it is my responsibility to help my team take a step back and celebrate themselves for not only achieving incentives and having incredible campaign sales & recruiting numbers but also to celebrate their growth each step of the way, no matter how small that growth could be. Below you will see all the amazing work my team, The Super Sellers did in Campaign 9 2021.
The Super Sellers Campaign 9 Team Recognition
In Campaign 9, our team continued on our path of growth. In the past 26 campaigns (1 year), our team sales growth has increased by 120+%. We are so close to achieving Gold Ambassador. Speaking of which, starting in Campaign 9, I am offering my team an incentive that will go until Campaign 13. It is similar to incentives I’ve done in the past, with a twist. Each campaign, representatives have the opportunity to be entered for a:
- Business Bundle by having $60+ Award Sales within their first 8 campaigns
- FREE Product by having $150+ Award Sales in a campaign
- FREE Product Bundle by having $250+ Award Sales in a campaign.
- Leadership Bundle for each new representative who joins his/her team within the incentive period.
- Special Gift by having $60+ Award Sales in ALL 5 campaigns.
Plus, at the close of each campaign, each representative who qualified for at least 1 incentive category, will be entered to receive a FREE Sampler. For Campaign 9, Anonymous is the winner. On top of that, new representative, Christine Gandee, took advantage of Avon’s Pathway to Premier Incentive within her first 8 campaigns.

We had our April monthly team meeting this past Sunday where I went over ideas & tips on how to utilize Mother’s Day season to grow their sales & customer base. This week I also took the time to schedule out the upcoming LIVE trainings where we will be focusing on how to use the brochure, digital & paper brochure. Which is going to lead up to May’s monthly team meeting where we will be going over how to utilize the brochure to market your business.
At the close of Campaign 9, I once again earned $100 My Way incentive for the 3rd time. On top of that, I reached President’s Club by having over $10,000 Award Sales before Campaign 21, locking in a minimum 40% earnings on all beauty & jewelry & 25% on fashion & home for 2021. I am truly amazed in how far I have come in the past 3 years, with my business & personally. My life has had many ups & downs through it all but I would not be where I am today without the support of my customers & followers. I can’t wait to see where I will go and look forward to helping those on my team reach their financial goals.
