In 2021, Avon celebrates their 135th anniversary. Since the beginning, Avon has provided an empowering opportunity for women. This year, Avon plans on making this the best year yet for their thousands of representatives, with new & amazing new opportunities to achieve their goals & be able to build their Avon business all year long.

Avon Beauty-Full Bundles

To celebrate Avon’s 135th Anniversary & to help jumpstart Avon representatives’ businesses for the new year, Avon is offering online exclusive Beauty-Full bundles for Avon representatives & their customers from Campaign 3 to Campaign 5 while supplies last. Each beauty bundle is valued $135+ and are available for purchase for $50 each. There is something for every beauty lover, at every budget! On top of that, ALL representatives get to enjoy 40% earnings, no matter their sales title. Yes, that’s right… 40% EARNINGS!!!

Destination Avon 2021 + Getaway Gift Cards

Representatives can now set their sights on an Avon trip of a lifetime. They can earn this year-long incentive with qualifying sales from Campaign 2 through C26.

The location will be revealed later on this month during Avon’s annual Kickoff event. Representatives will receive an email with their incentive goal & will be able to track their progress along the way on their Dashboard on AvonNow.

From Campaign 3 to Campaign 5, representatives have the opportunity to earn $25 Avon Getaway Gift Cards with every $500 Award Sales. If you are a President’s Recognition Program (PRP) member, you must achieve 15% increase from your Campaign 3 to Campaign 5 2020 sales in order to qualify. The maximum amount of gift cards a representative can earn is $2,000.

Avon Kickoff 2021

Avon will be celebrating their 134th anniversary at their annual Kickoff event January 22nd to January 24th. All representatives were invited this year to attend this virtual event. For $30 registration, representatives will be able to enjoy:

• Registration gift of $80+ value in products
• Top level training including Master Class with Sally Hogshead
• Recognition for 2020 achievers in sales & leadership
• Exclusive shopping opportunities
• Tours of Avon’s Product Experience & *NEW* Studio 1886 flagship

VIP representatives were chosen & invited to attend the live event in Beverly Hills, however, due to current COVID-19 circumstances, the live event was cancelled. However, VIP representatives will still be able to attend the event for FREE virtually.

$0 Sign Up for New Avon Representatives

Right now, new Representatives can start their own Avon business & take advantage of the $0 sign up until April 6, 2021.

This is a great opportunity for current representatives to start & grow their Avon teams and become a mentor by helping others reach their financial goals & enjoy the amazing opportunities & benefits of being an Avon representative.

Avon Leadership 2021

As a leadership representative, he/she will be able to earn residual income. Through Avon’s leadership program, he/she will have the opportunity to earn bonuses & leadership checks based on their leadership level & their total team sales. 

Beginning January 5, 2021, Avon has made some updates in their leadership program:

• G1 leader requirements eliminated.
• Beginning with Bronze Leader, total team sales will be increased by 5%.
• As of Campaign 24 2020, new representatives who do not have leaders will be added to existing teams (Bronze Leader & above) via round robin.
